I see a lot of people using other people's art or closed species without permission based on the statement "You can't copyright art or species!!!" Uh, yeah, actually you can, and I'm going to prove it to you. So after finding and reviewing the Copyright Basics pdf submitted by the actual U.S. Government, I've come across these little gold nuggets of information. I'll keep it brief. In the actual first paragraph, the pdf states: "Copyright is a form of protection provided by the laws of the United States (title 17, U.S.Code) to the authors of “original works of authorship,” including literary, dramatic, musical, artistic, and c
